Why Work Here?
Cultivating leaders to change communities is not just a job. We constantly strive to take our work to the next level through high affirmation and high accountability. If we are asking others to reflect on their identities, examine experiences of discrimination, and challenge systems of oppression, we need to model that work by cultivating ourselves and each other.
We are a small but mighty team working to end all forms of discrimination.
