2026 Youth Service Leadership Summit

On Friday, February 13th 2026, the Ryan Nece Foundation and Community Tampa Bay hosted 275 students across three Tampa Bay counties (Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas) who spent their morning volunteering at seven different nonprofit locations: Feeding Tampa Bay, Humane Society of Tampa Bay, Pet Resource Center, Mercy Full Project, Tampa Heights Community Garden,
Clothes To Kids (Tampa and St. Pete), and Hillsborough Education Foundation. 

During the afternoon, students convened at Feeding Tampa Bay’s Causeway Center for lunch, reflection, and the Summit portion of the day. Through icebreakers, meaningful activities, breakout sessions, and powerful guest speakers, students walked away with more awareness of community issues, increased financial literacy (thanks to Suncoast Credit Union!), and a passion to continue their servant leadership journeys. 

The mission of our Youth Service Leadership Summit is to help build, shape, and mentor the next generation of servant leaders in our community, by engaging high school students in a morning of community service, followed with an afternoon of leadership education with talented speakers. Our hope is students will discover the power of heart!
