Community Tampa Bay’s programs raise awareness about diversity and help program participants to discover their own identity. Fostering dialogue, understanding and mutual respect, we empower participants with the skills and knowledge to become advocates for inclusion and agents of social change.

The experiential techniques and strategies we utilize can be effectively applied in a variety of settings and initiatives: education, government, corporate, non-profit, social service agencies, and faith communities.
