James (Jim) Albright, Chair, Board of Directors

Jim Albright (Chair) has been involved with Community Tampa Bay (NCCJ) since 1981, first in Greensboro, NC, and since 1987 in Tampa Bay, where he was the CEO of Bayfront Medical Center. He served on the Board until 1995 when he returned to North Carolina to be the CEO of Rex Healthcare, a large healthcare system in Raleigh. Since 2000 Jim has been semi-retired and the President of Albright and Associates, LLC, a family owned limited partnership healthcare consulting company. He returned to the NCCJ Tampa Bay Board in 2001 and has served as Chair since 2002. He graduated from Hobart and Duke and did post graduate studies at Harvard University.
