Corporate partners who sign on for our Corporate Partner Engagement program receive up to six designated ANYTOWN residential slots for the teen children of their employees.

 

In addition, Community Tampa Bay can offer two annual family engagement sessions, bringing together employees and their teenage children. ANYTOWN graduates who are the children of employees will be invited to co-facilitate these sessions. These sessions will provide strategies for employees to engage in prejudice-reducing dialogue, and other activities, with one another and within their families.

 

They will be designed to help our corporate partner improve internal cultural competence, as well as inspire families to work together to create change in their wider communities.
Corporate Partner Engagement program employees will also have the opportunity to serve as the designated non-residential volunteer team for ANYTOWN sessions, offering assistance in transporting supplies, setting up the facilities, creating the ANYTOWN banner, supporting Community Night (an evening during each ANYTOWN session open to families and community members) and helping break down at the close of the session.

 

Non-residential teams can include 8 – 20 members per session. Finally, corporate partners can support ongoing professional development in inclusive leadership by allowing qualified employees paid time off to serve residentially at ANYTOWN sessions.

 

Volunteers must apply, attend 30 hours of training and be an appropriate match for a given session in order to serve.
