| Stacie Blake Executive Director |
Stacie Blake was born and raised in Ohio and attended college at the University of Vermont. She holds two degrees from UVM, a bachelor’s in Political Science and a master’s in Public Administration. While at UVM she was a founding member of the Presidents Commission on the Status of Women. She has served in the non-profit sector for her entire career, working with battered women and their children, survivors of crime, refugees, immigrants and most recently, survivors of political torture. Stacie was responsible for Victim Services 2000, a statewide multi-disciplinary collaborative to provide comprehensive, integrated services to crime victims of all types, while in Vermont. One achievement was the creation of the VT Victim/Survivor of Crime Council, a diverse group of survivors who became educated on all sectors of the criminal justice system to enable them to effectively advocate for crime victim justice as well.

| Jessica
Estévez Director of Programs |
Jessica
Estevez was born in New York and raised in the Dominican Republic.
She obtained her undergraduate in Latin American studies with
a concentration in business and education from Mount Holyoke
College. After some time in the for-profit world, she obtained
her master’s degree in Human Services Management at
Heller’s School of Policy and Management, Brandeis University.
Prior to moving to Florida, she was directing the Multicultural
Programs at Greenville College in Illinois. Her passion, expertise
and service interest are youth empowerment and social capital
development.

| Louanne Walters Director of Community Relations |
Louanne comes to the non-profit sector following a varied and vast span of careers in the corporate world. Upon graduation, she worked at three NBC affiliates as a news anchor/reporter. She witnessed first-hand the impact discrimination has on individuals, families and communities, as well as the positive change that can be effected by groups devoted to awareness and inclusivity.
Later serving as Cruise Director for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, she grew in appreciation of the dozens of cultures represented by her fellow crew. Most recently, she worked as a Financial Advisor with Raymond James & Associates, helping individuals and families plan for the future.
Louanne is very active in the Tampa Bay GLBT community and is a member of the Tampa Bay Business Guild, GaYbor District Coalition, freelance writer for Watermark Newspaper, and past board member of the Tampa International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival. She is also an active member of First Unity of St. Petersburg, an inclusive spiritual campus.
Louanne’s drive is to be a voice helping to instill confidence, self-appreciation and empowerment in today’s youth, for their leadership now and in the future.

Gerri
Gundle-Bradley Teacher-on-Assignment, Pinellas
County Schools |
Gerri Gundle-Bradley is a Pinellas
County educator on assignment at Community Tampa Bay. She holds
a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and an
undergraduate degree in Business Administration. Gerri has been
on assignment at Community Tamp Bay for six years and employed
by the school system for 20 years. She was the Pinellas County,
Middle School Social Studies, Teacher of the Year in 1997. She
has conducted teacher in-service social studies training (curriculum
and instruction) throughout the State of Florida for the Florida
Department of Education. She developed and implemented the Eighth
Grade Finance Park Curriculum as a continuing economic program
to the Fifth Grade Enterprise Village Experience for Pinellas
County School’s students. Prior to her career in education/nonprofit
she had a ten-year career in the corporate sector. |

| Jennifer Hilton Montero Program Specialist |
Jennifer Hilton Montero holds her B.A. in International Studies and Spanish and received her Master’s degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA where she specialized in Intercultural Training and Consulting as well as International Education. Becoming passionate about Latin culture and international relations at an early age, Jennifer has pursued languages, international experience, and cultural competence throughout her professional and educational career. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and has 3 years of international experience, particularly in Chile. Jennifer has a broad professional background in translation, teaching, and intercultural training and is passionate about the role of cross-cultural understanding in fostering a united Tampa Bay and world community. |
