Our Methodology

We strive for better human relations through education, advocacy and conflict mediation. We have extensive experience working with youth, educational institutions, corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations in the areas of multicultural education, cultural competency and cross-cultural conflict resolution.

Our programs are research-based and grounded in a tradition of experiential education. This means that learners are engaged intellectually and emotionally. Throughout the learning process, the participant is actively engaged in posing questions, investigating, experimenting, solving problems, assuming responsibility and being creative. In this manner, participants learn about themselves, about others and about the world around them.
